She is also doing a great job of advocating for herself and what she needs. 

After her recent visit with her doctor and a brief hospital visit for her treatments, she knows that she must work hard to move, sit up, and get out of her room for outside experiences and socializing. She is at a point now where getting out of bed and sitting up consistently will be pivotal in her quality of life.

Her doctor also made it clear that the treatments and medications for her disease are all that is available to her and, if not able to help her move more, she will continue to only get weaker, so she is giving it her best shot.  

That said, we know that whatever she does, she gives all she can, and that is enough. 

It is enough, it has always been enough, she is enough… we all are enough.
