Journal entry by Julie Rackley —
A NOTE FROM HOLLIS, WITH MORE GOOD NEWS. WHILE I READ HER NOTE, I REALIZED MARK IS ONLY HALF WAY THROUGH THIS TREATMENT…AND HE HAS ALREADY ACCOMPLISHED SO MUCH!!!
Just spoke with the doctor.
it is kind of what we expected-
Some of the lymph nodes are not showing up anymore in his chest!
About a third of the masses on his liver have shrunk.
The mass in the esophagus doesn’t show any change, but the doctor said sometimes it’s hard to tell from the CT scan. Some of it could be scar tissue. But, overall his doctor is pleased with how things are going!

He should start immunotherapy tomorrow with his next round of chemo.
Keep praying. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
