After several months of not feeling well, ER and Urgent Care visits, inpatient hospital stays, medications, imaging, etc., Marty was diagnosed on July 2nd with Stage IV lung cancer which has spread to multiple areas.  He started targeted radiation on July 7th to help with a tumor that is pressing on his spine but had to stop treatment last week due to a side effect.

I was out in my vegetable garden tonight and Cooper mentioned something about how nice the sky looked. I almost feel like he's saying hello to us and that he's just fine.
