DAY 2 POST SURGERY 

Martin got to move out of ICU today and onto a post-surgical floor. Getting out of bed is getting easier and he's been up several times today.  The pain medication makes him pretty tired, so he's not quite up to phone calls or returning texts yet.  But feel free to send him messages; I read them all to him and enjoys hearing from everyone. 

Looks like Spokane got lucky and missed out on the big storm last night.  I was glad to hear that it didn't cause too much trouble at home. I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!
