Some of this post is a repeat from one I posted earlier that has disappeared. Mom has been discharged from Centennial and moved to the Skilled unit at NHC-The Trace. She was in Room 412, but they are moving her to Room 437 because they need the isolation room for a cv   resident. Mom doesn't understand why she's being moved (hearing) and was a little upset about it. She is doing well, enjoying the food, and we got to do a "window visit" Sunday afternoon. I had a meeting with her care team Monday morning and they are assessing her for assisted living. She is having PT and OT daily to try to build back Mom's stamina.
