Hello Friends,

Just one month from the initiation of our GOFUNDME campaign and we have hit the $10,000.00 watermark.  We are almost half way to our goal in ONE month!  This is so uplifting, and even though there are many people who have contributed that we do not know or have not met, we are now connected in this endeavor of helping Marijo through this cancer journey.  We are a community!

We have good news to share!  Marijo will be the new Manager of Interpreting Services for the Chicago Hearing Society.  This will be a full-time position that will include benefits.  There are still many bills that have to be covered, and so the fundraising is still a vital part of Marijo’s recovery.  Please take a moment to congratulate Marijo on her new position, share this page please, and if possible, consider another donation.  Thank you to all who support Marijo, with your donations, comments of encouragement, and continued prayers.  If not for you, this journey would be more difficult, and harder to endure.  Each one of you has put a hand under Marijo, and together we lift her up.  Thank you so much!
