Hi maria followers -  since this is the anniversary of maria's horrific stroke - I thought I would give an update.  With covid complicating things, it is surprising to find her in good spirits.  Her message to you all is she is always the rebel - getting scolded for playing with the hose outside and of course getting soaked.  She is also flirting with the hot male nurses and therapists.  She is even surprised at herself for these escapades. Her hair is still short and look s great on her.  My biggest discovery is that her left leg has some strength and movement - she is still hopeful to be able to walk on her own some day.  Please encourage her with your thoughts and prayers.  She also has a birthday this month - July 24.  So please lets still wish her good health and recovery  - lets not forget our miracle that is our lovely Maria.  Thanks for all your love and support.  Alicia
