Marianne’s Story

Site created on February 22, 2021

Marianne is one of the millions in our country affected by the CoronaVirus.  She was admitted to the hospital Thursday February 11.  This sight is created as a place to provide updates and to allow Marianne's friends and family to ask questions and perhaps share a story or two.

At the request of the family, please do not share any of these updates on Facebook or other social media platforms.  If you know someone who would like to see the updates I am happy to provide them access to the page.

Also, be aware updates in our crazy world are hard to come by.  The family gets one call with a nurse daily and they will share information from those calls as their comfort level allows.  Marianne is not up to phone calls at this time and more than anything needs her rest.  We will do our best to provide the information we have, if the lack of information is frustrating to you you can only imagine how it is
 for the family.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation,

Mike (Marianne's "baby" Brother)

Journal entry by Mike Schultz

Marianne will be having a brief memorial service at Valley Funeral Home in Appleton on Thursday.  Facility Visitation from 1-3 with the service at 3:00.  We understand the impact of Covid and totally understand that people might be hesitant to attend in person, that's why it's exciting to report that the Funeral Home offers a live stream on their Facebook page.  The link is in the obituary here:
