We got and accepted a full price offer today for the house - it came from the first person to view it after  it went on the market. Beyond grateful for this gift!!

The good news is that an apartment will be available as of March 20, three days before the anticipated closing date for the house.  I am beyond thankful for God’s timing and careful crafting to make everything come together for mom. The apartment coming available is in a great location at New Hartford Square, and on the first floor close to everything!! The buyer for the house is willing to be flexible with the move date also, which will allow for us to schedule support, etc. 

I have secured movers, etc. and, as of now, Jodi and Molly (mom’s sister) will manage the move at the end of March and I will be there in early April to tie up loose ends. 

My mom is doing really well and grateful not to have to be bombarded with lots of showings and to be moving forward in getting settled in her new home. So thankful for Hunt Realty and Jim Lenahan for managing the sale. Thank you Megan for making that happen. 

Once everything is finalized and we know official move date, etc. I will let everyone know her new address and phone #.  Likely her number will be her cell and our old home # (315) 865-4998.
