After she took the ride to the hospital she was only able to sit at a 40 degree angle or she would get a headache or throw up. The doctors fear that the drain was malfunctioning or draining too fast. Since that she has been doing better. They are thinking since she is getting better that it might just have been a settling and getting use to it phase.
