Had my breast MRI yesterday morning. Now will wait for phone call after it's read. We met with nurse Navigator and this whole thing is a lot more than we expected. We understand the steps, but were shocked by how many steps and the timeline. Once surgery is over I do 3-6 weeks radiation, 5 days a week. Will have to have an Oncologist and a Radiologist, plus therapy for my arm. She gave a thick book on cancer and went through it making highlights. They really want you to understand EVERYTHING. I will eventually go to the MEND clinic. We are having a meeting on the 25th to have this explained more.
