Luca would have just celebrated his 7th birthday only a few days ago. Today I wanted to share the video I made of his little life cut so brutally short by the merciless evil that is DIPG. To be honest, I've seen the thumbnail to this video on my desktop everyday and just could not "go there". It would mean I'd have to see his eyes twinkle and full of life, hear his incredible laughter and sweet voice, and remember the agony of an 11-month goodbye. Today, my swollen eyes testify to the fact I finally gave in.
