Hi friends & family. My plastic surgeon approved removing one drain this morning. The visiting nurse came & removed the drain that was giving me the most discomfort. So happy to see it go!

My second surgery is scheduled for next Monday, 10/29. This will be a much quicker surgery. It will take about an hour. Much better than the 10 hour one!

Thanks to everyone who leaves a message or hearts my journal entries, sends a card or email, brings a meal or stops by to visit. I appreciate all of it. I feel grateful for all the wonderful people in my life.
