Logan is thriving at home. Being around his brothers is especially helpful for his healing. Each day he continues to grow stronger. He is determined! We watched the Super Bowl at home last night! Our boy was beaming from ear to ear watching the game. He also won the bet he placed with Pop Pop!
On Friday, we were able to visit school and see his classmates. He was so excited to see his friends, teacher and other staff members! We couldn’t be more thankful for everyone at OES. There is so much love for our family and Logan. As we moved around campus Logan was showered with hugs and smiles. This morning, we dropped him off at school :) He is so excited to be back at school! This week’s plan is to try a few hours of school each day to see how he tolerates the environment.
He also has several appointments this week. He has evaluations scheduled for Physical Therapy and Speech this week and Occupational Therapy early next week. This will help determine what type of support he will need. He he has an appointment with Ortho this week and is hoping to get his cast removed.
We are working towards creating a new home schedule for Logan! Between school, home tutoring and therapy we know that Logan will have call the support he needs to continue to grow strong in his recovery.
