I was officially diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare soft tissue cancer, on April 2nd. This past month has been a whirlwind, with appointments and procedures. Today, Monday May 7th, I start what they say will be the worst year of my life! But if you know me I’m still upbeat and don’t like a lot of attention . Hopefully, this journal will help everyone stay informed about my journey.

September 18th -Scan is clean!

My treatment is done! Everything looks great, healing begins. I will have scans and dr appointments every 3 months for at least the 1st year and then possibly every 6 months after that. Thank you to everyone for your care, support, cards, prayers and gifts. I hope to see everyone as I start to feel better.
