Lilly’s Story

Site created on July 2, 2019

Lilly is a a 10 year old little girl who has been healthy until now. On June 31,2019, Lilly went to the emergency room in her local town of Hannibal with high fevers... Lilly’s condition was getting worse so they transferred her to St. Louis hospital for kids. Lilly’s condition has continued to worsen as she has now been diagnosed with, Myocarditis. The doctors have decide today, July 3,2019, that she will be having a temporary pacemaker  to help her heart. Doctors and the CDC are trying to explore the problem and they are looking at some type of infection as the cause but there is no clear answers as to what type of infection at this time. We are asking for prayers and support from all who will listen. We have faith in our Lord and savior that she will be healed through prayers. Thank you all.

Lilly is still complaining of lightheadedness and ear problems. The doctors here think that it might be related to everything that has happened from the virus she got. She is not contagious but that fires might have caused some fluid build up in her ears and some changes in things. We will probably be going home tomorrow with a heart monitor for 30 days. Her heart looks great and is beating normal but they want to watch and see what happens in her normal environment. Thank you all for your support and continued prayers. We ask that you continue to pray for her and we will keep things up dated as we go along.
