Dear friends,

We wanted to share with you that Dad was welcomed into heaven yesterday, October 2, at 5:33pm.

While his last couple of days were not easy, he went peacefully into His Savior's arms at the end.  We had our final words shared, we all prayed together several times, shared our love with him and helped in any way together to take care of him and make him comfortable.

We are so grateful for the hospice nurses who came out several times in the last day-- their calm, their assistance and explanations and help were so comforting to Dad and ourselves as well.

Thank you also to each of you, your prayers and love were clearly felt through your messages, emails and posts.  We haven't been able to respond to very many at all, but they each are cherished.  We thank you.

Dad's Funeral Arrangements are as follows:
Wake: Tuesday, October 5th, from 4-8pm (3pm for family members)
Funeral Service: Wednesday, October 6th, at 10am
Burial: Calvary Cemetery

Both will be held at Hutchens Mortuary & Cremation Center 675 Graham Rd. Florissant, MO 63301
