Megan and Lukas’s Story

On August 25, 2022 Megan was life flighted from a typical day of work at the Pocahontas Hospital to St. Luke’s Hospital in Sioux City where an unexpected emergency C-Section blessed Megan and Lukas with a little girl: Leyna Jean Harvey (1lb 7oz) and a little boy: Lennon Thomas Harvey (1lb 9oz) – both arriving early at only 24 weeks and in need of all the positive love and prayers to continue growing strong and healthy.
 
Starting this page with the hopes of alleviating some stress from Megan & Lukas by providing a place for family and friends to follow their story and receive updates on the twins. Their Venmo handles have also been added to the Gallery Tab with a great amount of appreciation for anyone asking to help. Between the hours of driving back and forth to the hospital, time off work, and all the considerable expenses that come with two babies in the NICU – any and all help is welcome.
Continue to keep Lennon, Leyna, Megan and Lukas in your hearts and prayers. 💙💗

It’s been a good first day home with the babes 💚 They are very good and we are so glad to be home 👶🏼👶🏼 We probably won’t be posting much on here anymore but we are so thankful for everyone who has been checking in and who love our babes too 🥰 We are happy to be home for Christmas ❤️💚
