As of January 10^th, 2023, after 846 days of fighting leukemia, Ledger is officially done with treatment!

December was a tough month for him. Starting the 20^th for 4 weeks straight he ran a fever and was very sick. After many ER visits with no results, we decided to take him to Children’s where they finally figured about what was going on with him. He had a IVIG infusion and had to take a medication for 3 weeks to help fight a virus. He is finally back to feeling himself and back to school. He had his End of Therapy appointment on February 3rd and got to celebrate with his amazing doctor and team of nurses. We are so grateful for everything they have done for Ledger over the past 2+ years and so grateful for all of you that have prayed for him during this journey. We are so blessed to have so many amazing people in our lives.

We are SO proud of how strong he has been and SO excited for him to be done with chemo, port access and doctors’ appointments!!  We cannot wait to see what the future holds for our little hero, only wonderful things to come!!
