I had a great night sleep last night. The bonus to surgery is the amazing sleep! I woke up about 7 and have been up all day. I’m not in too much pain. The worst is my sternum from laying on it so long. I had OT & PT and they were impressed with how well I did. My last 9 months were good practice I guess. The left leg is getting movement in the foot. Not much feeling tho. The right leg is slow to get going but hopefully it will move a little quicker with the scar tissue gone. I worked on some rolling and sitting up in bed and then they got me over to the chair where I enjoyed the beautiful view.
