Layla’s summer is off to a great start! She started it with a sleepover with some of her best friends and then enjoyed some time at the beach this past week. She has neurological testing today. They do this every 2 years for kids who have had chemotherapy. She will have an eye exam, an endocrinologist appointment and an MRI over the summer as well. Her MRI is on July 8th. She will also have some fun over the summer! She is doing Red Wing Academy again and playing her mandolin at the Red Wing Roots Festival. She will also do a tennis camp for a week and spend some more time at the beach. We are so thankful that she is not on treatment right now and feeling good! Thank you all for your continued prayers for her. Please pray that her tumor remains stable and that her vision does not decline. Please also continue to pray that she will grow in height like they are hoping she will!
