Laurie's surgery on Jan 4th was completed, however there were some complications which she ended up staying in the hospital for a few days. She was then released and back at home. As we all know Laurie, she doesn't like to inconvenient anyone, so with her having a daycare she brought on her niece to help her with daycare. This has allowed her to slow down on her day to day routine and do some much needed recovery, but not enough! 

Monday, Jan 24th she went in for a follow-up were they found she has a major infection and needed to have surgery right away.  

Today, Wednesday Jan 27th she was scheduled for surgery.  Fortunately, they found they were able to by pass the surgery and take care of the infection without , but she will need to remain on antibiotics.

Right now, she needs prayers, thoughts, words of encouragement and support more than ever! She needs to see and hear she has family and friends that are hear to help! We need to help her understand that she needs to take care of herself first!!!
