I don't know what to say. For the longest time I wasn't sad because I believed he could and would beat this. In the last couple of weeks I have come to realize that the strong brother I have always looked up to was decimated by this disease.

Larry you have shown so much courage, perseverance, positive attitude towards your battle with this horrible disease! You have touched so many young lives! Prayers and thoughts are with you & your family

As young cousins, we loved going to the farm, following handsome Larry around…down to the dugout, out to Maryann's sheep pen, and even up the apple tree. I thank the Lord for this city girl's exploring, always-smiling, Lucerne cousins.

Larry, after coaching myself for just a few years I know it takes a special kind of person and family supporting him. You have touched a lot of young men's lives through the years that I'm sure are better for that time. Sending our prayers to all of you.
