Tammie and I continue on my healing journey and wanted to give a quick update. When we travelled to Houston in March for  appts with my transplant team they discovered (through a viral panel) that I had contracted Covid. It came as a complete shock to us! My bronchoscopy was cancelled and I was immediately admitted to the hospital for infusions. We returned home to Keller with added antibiotics and a high steroid dosage that we have gradually lowered each week. I have been doing well, gaining strength everyday. 

We will return to Houston this week to meet with my transplant team and solicit your prayers for my bronchoscopy which was rescheduled for this Thursday, the 25th. We are boldly praying that all signs of rejection are  gone! Through every step of my journey God has been faithful and we continue to rely on Him. Thank you for your continued prayers on my behalf. We are so grateful!
