Just over a week and a half at home.

 

Kyle has had several personal therapy sessions at the house since we last updated and has done very well with them. He has an appointment tomorrow in his clinic to talk about his casts and follow up with that. He had his smaller right arm cast off tonight for the most part. Scarring on his face is entirely gone, the tops of his feet are doing well and hasn't needed to have them covered in bandages. His pain levels are very minimal he says, and hasn't needed his pain meds in over a week. (Can you believe that?!) How awesome.

 

He got to see our good ol cousin Derek and uncle Steve tonight, they brought along his beloved Chick-fil-a and milk shake. We had a good laugh about how much tougher kyle was than any of us there and how proud we are of his progress. 

 

After that my Dad wanted to see what the process would be like to get kyle out of the house. The next thing i knew he had Kyle in his wheelchair, brought him out to the car and set him in the passengers seat like nothin! So we drove around and took the long way to Culver's together. Which I'm sure he enjoyed, as did we seeing him out of the house.

 

Thank you all for the continued prayers and support, im sure it's more than we will ever know! We appreciate it! Happy Thanksgiving everybody! We certainly have plenty to be thankful for at our house.
