Hi everyone, as most of you know, Kyle has been really sick and at Mass General Hospital in Boston. He has been there almost 4 weeks now and things are slowly getting better. He was med flighted in on August 15th, and at that time they found he was septic- which is when an infection takes over your whole body (in short explanation). It's been a bumpy recovery but now he is awake and talking/playing games with us. He still needs lots of rest, so we ask that you please be patient with coming to visit, and we will tell you when we have moved out of the ICU and are allowing visitors. The reason for this group is to obviously keep you all updated, but to also allow those who are asking us if we need help to be able to help out. With all of this going on, Mom is out of work...but the world still goes on outside of the hospital.
