Time to update post surgery.  I was able to come home last Sunday, and was ready, to say the least.  Some day, some one, should come up with a hospital bed that isn't a back breaker.  😉 

As far as the surgery last week, it went as expected.  I have what is considered to be a low hook up.   When they removed the section of my colon/rectum back in Feb, there was not much left of my rectum. Because of this, I've been advised, it is going to take time for my body to find it's new normal. So, for the time being, I am staying close to home and close to the bathroom.  I am working on my patience, giving up my suffering, and getting through this, day by day.
