Current update on Kristine! Since last update Kristine has lost all of her hair.  A local beauty salon opened the doors especially for her on a Sunday and she took it gracefully, with no doubt! It’s such a traumatic experience in which she made fun.  With a family member and good friend at her side, champagne was flowing and the fun music playing!! After her head was shaved she disappeared in the spa room and came out with bright lipstick and a long black dress with heals and several different fashionable wigs like she just walked out on the runway in New York or the red carpet of the Oscars!!!  One could not expect any less from our positive Kristine!!

The salon owner said that she has shaved over 50 heads and NO ONE has done anything like it. To think people come in alone and leave bald, Kristine wants to prevent that from ever happening to anyone, so had volunteered to be at the next one for anyone else going thru the same thing.

She just completed her 5th of 12 treatments and is not out of the woods yet. Yesterday her whole body was encompassed with a deep hurting rash all over from the immunotherapy. very painful and Dr. says it may remain until a month after her chemo is complete.  Ugh. The doctor also says mouth sores are next. Not fun!!

As Kristine says, one day closer to being done. The prayers are working so PLEASE keep them comin .
