Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 5 months pregnant with my first child. After my diagnosis my job "inactivated"  my employment and cut off all benefits. The day before my surgery we found out the cancer doubled insize and was almost stage 3. We had no time to waist. My lumpectomy turned into a Massectomy. A week after my surgery we found out that i have the cancer gene. That ment i had to get my other breast removed and my ovaries removed as well to prevent the cancer from coming back. Making this miracle child now my only child. I am almost done with chemo but still have a long road of recovery left with those surgerys as well as reconstruction surgery. All while raising my now 2 month old son. We were denied any government help and have to travel to fargo north dakota for everything. With no job money has been incredibly tight. Life has been hard during a time that should have been happy and something to celebrate. We have been beaten down at evey turn and could really use any help that we can get.
