Deborah "Kri"’s Story

Site created on December 15, 2011

We've created this CaringBridge website to keep friends and family updated about Kri Dubois.

On December 6, 2011, Kri was discovered in her home conscious, but unable to speak or stand up.  After a few scary days of metabolic recovery, Kri is in stable condition and facing an intense recovery.  The stroke affected the language area of her brain and the right side of her body.  Looking into her eyes, you can see that she is very present and ready to move forward.  She lives to confound and defy limitations.  We are very hopeful.
