Journal entry by Emma Jean

Kori Jo Jendersee died on October 13, 2020.

She was born on December 25th, 1969 to Harvard and Peggy in Rochester.

Kori loved giving and doing for others. She worked for many years as a Para Professional in the Rochester School System helping troubled kids and most recently she worked at a Crisis Center giving her love and attention to people who needed it the most. And of course, Kori made countless friends while tending bar at Shar’s Country Palace.

Kori loved to travel and did so at every chance she could. If there was an opportunity to be involved in any sort of an event, she was there. If there was a problem or a situation she was sure to make her opinion known. She cooked, canned, planted, fished, hunted, painted, talked a lot, and loved riding the Harley.

Kori Jo, our little Christmas Baby, has traveled to Heaven to meet Jesus and have eternal life. She is probably planning one heck of a birthday party too!

Kori Jo tested life to the limit and she loved and was loved by so many.

She is survived by life partner, Randy Pandora; her dad Harvard Jendersee; son Kain Janzen; along with his wife Christine of California; son Josiah Nyberg of Rochester; sisters, Kellie(Mike) Strobel of Lindstrom and Kammi Books of Rochester; brothers KC Jendersee of Rochester and Kyle Jendersee of Florida; and many nieces; nephews; and little Victoria, who called her mama Kori. Also surviving is her big beautiful white rescue dog, Myla.

Kori was preceded in death by her mom, Peggy and her baby daughter Kara Jo.

Memorial service will be at 1:00p.m. on Saturday, October 17th, 2020 at Bethel Lutheran Church in Rochester, MN , with Rev. Anjanette Bandel officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
