Thank you to all those who donated blood last week in Kolbi's honor, plus all the others who donated earlier in her treatment course.  Blood donations are so critical and I really want to thank all of you!!  Throughout Kolbi's journey, she had at least one blood transfusion after each round of chemo.  I think she had 3 transfusions during the nasty experience with pancreatitis in the beginning.  Blood transfusions were critical in her treatment.

I'm so happy to report that Kolbi's feeling great!  She rode her mountain bike this past weekend and got in a pool!  She was so excited to submerge her whole body in the water and not worry about her IV!

And...next Monday is back to school day!  Yay, yay, yay, yay!
