I apologize for the delay in sharing a new journal entry, things have been crazy!
Mom had her appointment with Dr. Taylor (radiation therapist) on Monday where they did all the measurements needed to start radiation. They said it would be a week before having it all ready and would give us a call to schedule her first treatment. Once she starts treatments, she will go 5 days a week for 5 weeks.
Mom has not been feeling well for the last week with severe leg pain and fatigue. We ask for specific prayers for her to get some relief from these pains.
Tomorrow mom will meet with Dr. John an oncologist in Longview that will be working with her doctor at Baylor. This is to prevent her from having to travel as much to Dallas.
Fundraiser details are coming together. We now have gun raffle tickets for sale at Lonestar Trims. Also shirts should be ready by next week for purchase.
