So here is the low down on where we are at........
Next week I should be having a quick injection of how the Dr described it of cement into the fractured vertebra. I saw the radiation oncologist today and the plan will be to radiate my T8. They are thinking 5-10 treatments...... with very little side effects. My oncologist as also requested that I get my port put back in. Can I tell you that I'm truly looking forward to this. 1. Twilight sleep is amazing and 2. My vanes are really sick of giving blood. I will also be getting a medication through the IV that will help increase the strength of my bones. After the radiation is finished and I have recovered from this treatment I will start CHEMO... oh yeah.
