Hey everyone. We were discharged today at day +21! Apparently this is fairly quick, not quite breaking records but definitely on the faster side of discharge. Kiko was deemed healthy enough to come home and we are so happy. 

This is by no means "Mission Accomplished", as we will now be on house arrest for the next 3 months. There are potential severe complications that could happen in this time frame and any fever Kiko gets is an automatic ER visit, not to mention we still have weekly appointments at UCSF to make sure Kiko is on track, but we are just thankful to be home and can ride this out in a familiar and comfortable environment.
