Prayers needed! The last 24 hours have been awful. Vomiting, excruciating pain, shivering. He is resting now and pain is finally minimal. 

There are no words to describe the helplessness I feel. My thoughts are all over the place. We are far away from home and my head and heart are in a constant battle. We are here to help him get better, but I see him like this and it is completely deflating.
