I'm happy to report that discharge is a go for Kevin today; sometime this afternoon we are told! There are several adjustments we will have to make at home, but it will be really good for Kevin to just be home and safe. We will come back here in a couple weeks for re-evaluation of how well the seal on the pleural lining held. I'll update again at that time, unless there are other changes. Kevin and I sincerely thank you for your love and support; I know it meant a great deal for him to read your messages while sitting alone in the hospital.
