I was deeply saddened when I learned of the news of Kevin's passing today, and feel terrible that I did not learn of it sooner. Me and Kevin worked together as researchers at UNCC. I always thought very highly of Kevin, he was full of so much potential.

I am grateful to have been able to receive news about Kevin from my old friend Lincoln...very hard times for Kevin’s wide circle.
