Kevin’s Story

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement.

After a long battle with kidney failure and a successful transplant, we thought we were in the clear!  Kevin's doctors had found a small tumor on his lung and took it out. But then, the cancer came back with a vengeance. Kevin went through a full round of chemo in hopes of slowing its progress.  He went into in hospice care at home, and was cared for by his lovely wife, Rosaura.

On January 6, Kevin passed from this world and into the next at home surrounded by his wife Rosaura and his three sons, Thor, Alexander and Jordi.   His light will forever shine in the heavens above.

 We will continue to pass on words of love and support to Rosaura and the boys.  Thank you all for visiting this site and your ongoing support.  Kevin's circle of love has been an invaluable strength for him and his family.

On January 6, Kevin passed from this world and into the next at home surrounded by his wife Rosaura and his three sons, Thor, Alexander and Jordi.   His light will forever shine in the heavens above.

Funeral mass will be held 10am, Friday, January 27th 2023 at Saint William Catholic Church, 620 Round Rock West Dr., Round Rock, TX 78768.  There will be a family visitation after the mass. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 28 at noon at Wells Branch Community Church 2113 Wells Branch Pkwy #500, Austin, TX 78728. All who loved Kevin are welcome to attend.

A new GoFundMe has been created as a memorial fund to support the boys education and final resting expenses.
