We have had inquiries about memorials for dad and this is what mom and dad have requested. Farah Vance is dad’s niece, that passed away in Sioux Falls at a young age in 2010 and she had attended the Leadership Eau Claire Camp with Doug Hallatt and told dad what a difference that had made in her life. Mom and dad started a fund in honor of Farah
