We are more than ready to start 2024 off with great news. Kennedy gets to return to school tomorrow for the first time since March 2023. She has scans mid January and then she will begin her next phase which is called maintenance. She will take a pill a few times a week and she will get low dose chemo 3 weeks in a row for about 15 minutes 1 time a week and then she has 1 week off. She still has her port in so we still have to be extremely careful, but it’s time to try to get back to a semi normal life. She is so excited to go back to school tomorrow!! 😊
