Good afternoon, 

It really has been a good afternoon, Kelly got discharged from the hospital today and she got to come home. She is now resting and has had quite a few visitors already. Kelly is doing well, having manageable pain, and we are keeping her as comfortable as we can. She is in good spirits and happy to be home with her kids and all of her dogs 😉

Kelly has a follow up appointment next week to check in on things. As of now she has drain tubes to get rid of excess fluid from the surgical site that we need to drain 2x daily. She will have these drains for a minimum of 2 weeks.
A question we have been hearing is “did they get all the cancer”..  We will not know if they got all the cancer until they do another scan. 

If you are planning to bring food, (please do so, it helps!)  freezer food and pantry foods would be great as of right now as the fridge is running out of space at the moment (but that won’t last long with these boys!).
