It’s been a while since I’ve posted an update and this will probably be the last since you’re probably sick of me. Haha!
Recovery is going well for the most part. I have been able to get out a bit. But I tend to pay for it later. PSA do NOT try to push an IKEA cart after a spinal fusion— at least not for several months. What is the deal with those carts??
The past few days I’ve had a bit of a setback in the pain and energy department. I went to physical therapy for tendinitis in my legs and this caused a bunch of inflammation in my back. Ice is the name of the game. I also need to drive a bit less since that causes pain.
The doc put me out of work until 10/27. I am hoping to go back sooner. I’m not sure that will happen. It’s the sitting and the thinking straight, lol!
