Last Tuesday Blakely was discharged from the hospital. We were incredibly excited and probably doubly nervous to take her home.
Blakely seems to know she is now where she belongs. She is comfortable and we are exhausted. (😅) We are finally going through the normal ‘newborn’ parent things—up all night, constant feedings and diaper changes, & endless cuddles. We have a lot of appointments still and test results to hear back about, but we are breathing a huge sigh of relief that we get to find a new normal away from the hospital.
You have no idea how blessed we feel to have so many people rally behind us during this time. We really appreciate everyone’s prayers and encouragement along this journey.
