Here is the update on my cancer situation. Please take a listen to my podcast THE DARKSIDE of the BRIDGE episode Big C Update 12/18 (Guest Jdub the producer) where I tell Johnny (and you all) about my most recent doctors appointment.

Highlights:
- Chemotherapy Medication - Retevmo- is continue to shrink and maintain the cancer.
- Problems with Shortness of Breath lead to cardiology referral and follow up testing which came back showing my heart is in good shape but I'm in horrible physical shape.
- The week in Wilker - Thanksgiving
- Jim Carey vs. Adam Sandler
- Some mental health tips and tools
- MRI of my pelvis came back and there is no new growth, just some inflammation, not related to the cancer.
