When it comes to her phone:
  • She does have her phone.
  • It is usually charged
  • She does not normally carry it with her
  • AND She is often galivanting about the facility talking with friends and participating in the activities. 

I know I haven't been giving updates on my mother's status, but, honestly, there hasn't been much to update.  Things have leveled off to this baseline and she is content. That said, I'd like to take a moment and thank everyone for their time reaching out to my mother and sending her your love. Please, go visit her.
