Kathy’s Story

Site created on October 2, 2020

Kathy was diagnosed with neurosarcoidosis years ago and it’s been a roller coaster ever since. Her mind, body, and soul have been through so much over the years. Somehow she keeps moving on. Especially after going through 2 hip replacements.

Recently she was admitted to St Luke’s hospital where she is in the ICU. She is experiencing neurological, kidney, and liver issues. Due to the neurological impacts, she is not herself.

We don’t have a lot of answers at this time, but started this page to keep you updated. We are grateful for everyone who has reached out so far and is praying for her.

Kathy was discharged from the hospital today and is resting with the kids at home. Thank you all for your calls, texts, donations, prayers, and healing thoughts. All the positive energy has helped us tremendously! We are all very grateful. ❤️

Next steps will be to see her doctor at the Mayo next week for further assessment and diagnosis.
