Hello everyone! I’m sorry it’s been so long since I’ve posted any updates. It’s been almost a year since my diagnosis and I’m happy to say that things are going well. Barry and I met with Dr. Maurer today and reviewed the latest scan. Nothing has changed since the previous scan which is what we want to see. My treatment is only Herceptin now because I am dealing with neuropathy in my fingertips on my right hand. I will have a nerve study done March 20th.
I do not take for granted for one minute how lucky I am. I can continue to live like this on Herceptin treatments for as long as they are working and maintaining the cancer. I do believe that prayers and love from all of you have helped me survive this journey. I’ll continue Herceptin treatments every three weeks and will have continued scans.
