My treatment plan is complete but my journey is not over. I will continue to receive Keytruda infusions every 3 weeks through September (a little longer than we originally thought) to help build up my immune system to fight off cancer if it tries to come back. I will also have reconstruction surgery later this year.  And I will continue to see my medical oncologist, breast surgeon and radiation oncologist on a regular basis over the next several years as they monitor me and make sure the cancer does not return.

As I reflect on the last 10 months, I realize how blessed I am! The support, prayers and love I received from family and friends carried me through my treatment plan! There was not a day that went by that I did not receive flowers, a gift, a yummy meal, an uplifting card, a text, a restaurant gift card, a PM or a phone call.  Each one brightened my day and reminded me that I was strong and to keep fighting! I appreciate all of you and thank you for going through this cancer journey with me! I believe in the power of prayer and ask you to keep me in your prayers as I continue to recover and start the next part of this journey as a survivor!💗
