Kate’s Story

Site created on July 14, 2023

Thank you for supporting Kate through this journey. We will post updates here regarding Kate's chemo treatment progression and the status of her health.  We will be posting weekly updates every Sunday!

May 2023, Kate noticed a mass in her perineum region. The mass continued to grow and became more painful. Towards the end of June, Kate noticed a few lumps in her breasts. On July 12th, 2023, Kate was diagnosed with Stage 4 Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS), a type of Sarcoma. She will undergo 52 weeks of chemotherapy, which started on July 13th. Thankfully, this type of cancer normally responds well to chemotherapy. Please continue to pray and support Kate through this process!
